A LITTLE ABOUT ME

A few years back my husband of 34 years John surprised me at Christmas with my first DSRL Nikon Camera! He knew I was a picture nut and knew I wanted to pursue photography.  It was so complex to me and I didn't know what to do with the camera except to to keep in auto mode and point and shoot. Finally one day I took a 2 hour class on how to shoot in manual mode and I started from there and have been growing ever since.   

 

I began first taking pics of Texas wildflowers in the Hill country and then my family and friends , but mainly as a hobbyist. Well in September of this year I was asked to do a wedding and bridal portraits.  I was so excited that I bought a new  prime lens and took an education course and things have taken off from there! I've been saying for a couple of years that I am gonna start my photography business and never did until now. I pursued my passion and did my first Fall and Christmas Mini Sessions with success and I loved every minute of it. 

 

My Clients are happy and I am happy doing what I love to do! My sessions are for couples, families, kids, seniors, bridal portraits and I have helped with 2 weddings. I'm here for you and to help capture your beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. A true meaningful story: about 4 years ago I took a 5 generation portrait for my friend and her family. A couple of months ago the great grandma passed away and my friend contacted me to ask if I could resend her the photos as to prepare for the funeral. I was so happy that I was able to serve her in a time of sorrow and to bring some joy, in the form memories, of that beautiful day with all her family. This is why I love to take photo's for your special occasions that you will never get back but you will now always have that photo as memory of that beautiful time.
